Paul Ts'o, Ph.D. , Managing Director
Dr. Ts'o has had a distinguished career. He was a full professor at Johns Hopkins University starting in 1967 and Director of Biophysics Division of JHU School of Public Health for eighteen years. Dr. Ts'o previously founded Genta (NASDAQ:GNTA), a cancer therapeutics company. More recently, he held the positions of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer for Cell Works, Inc.
David Van Echo, M.D. , Laboratory Director
Dr. Van Echo is a medical oncologist and the Director of HarborvView Cancer Center in Baltimore MD. He has previously served as Professor of Medicine, Oncology and Radiation Oncology at the University of Maryland Medical School, as well as Affiliate Professor in the University School of Pharmacy. He has also served as Director of Clinical Programs at the University of Maryland Cancer Center.
Dr. Stephen Lesko, Ph.D. , Research Director,
Dr. Lesko was a member of the faculty of Johns Hopkins University for more than twenty years, where he set up the University's first imaging system. More recently he has served as Research Director of Cell Works, Inc. In this capacity he designed an imaging system used throughout the biotechnology industry to probe the characteristics of human cells
